Machine Gun Kelly fires back at Eminemâs âKamikazeâ song in new diss track
It didnât take long for rapper Machine Gun Kelly to fire back at rap rival Eminem in a new diss track, just days after he was dragged by the rapper on his new album âKamikaze.â
Machine Gun Kelly dropped the NSFW song âRap Devilâ (a clever play on the name of Eminemâs song âRap Godâ) on Monday in response to the Detroit rapperâs diss against him on âNot Alike.â
The two have had issues since 2012, when MGK tweeted that Eminemâs daughter Hailie was âhot as (expletive),â which he has since said resulted in him being blackballed in the industry. Eminemâs daughter was 16 at the time.
Eminem addressed the 2012 tweet in âNot Alikeâ: âIf you wanna come at me with a sub, Machine Gun / And Iâm talkinâ to you, but you already know who the (expletive) you are, Kelly / I donât use sublims and sure as (expletive) donât sneak-diss / But keep commenting on my daughter Hailie.â
MGK fired back in his new track, rapping: âMad about something I said in 2012 / Took you six years and a surprise album just to come with a diss.â
MGK goes for the jugular, dropping insults about everything from Eminemâs âweirdâ beard and his âcorny hatsâ to âthe fact your last four albums is as bad as your selfie.â
âHomie we get it, we know that youâre the greatest rapper alive /Â (Expletive) dweeb, all you do is read the dictionary and stay inside,â Machine Gun Kelly says on the song.
He continues: âThe big bad bully of the rap game canât take a (expletive) joke / Oh you want some (expletive) smoke (what?) / But not literally, youâll choke.â
MGK got in some digs about Eminemâs age, saying: âKnees weak of old age / The real Slim Shady canât stand up.â
Eminem addressed comparisons between the two on his own diss track, saying: âWe are not alike, thereâs not a likeness on the mic.â
âYou say youâre affiliated with murderers, killas / The people you run with are thugginâ / But youâre just a wannabe gunna,â Eminem raps on the track.
