Rachael “Raygun” Gunn, who was mercilessly mocked for her breakdancing performance at the Paris Olympics, will never compete on the main stage again after she revealed on Wednesday that she will no longer take part in competitive dancing following the public backlash she received.

The 37-year-old, who received 0 points for her viral performance at the 2024 Paris Olympic Games, was mercilessly mocked for her performance.

“I’m not going to compete anymore, no,” Raygun told Australian radio show 2DayFM, per CNN. “I was going to keep competing, for sure, but that seems really difficult for me to do now to approach a battle.”

Raygun was accused of intentionally scoring zero points for Australia at the Olympic Games. At the Paris Olympics, Raygun lost all three round-robin battles 18-0, 18-0, and 18-0 against the USA, France, and Lithuania.

She was also accused of manipulating the Olympic qualifier by setting up her own governing body and denying grants to other performers while allowing her husband to coach the national team.
